Athletes at all camps and clinics will be grouped by skill level to ensure that every athlete is instructed and challenged according to their level of play. Athletes of different ages and experience levels will be separated onto different courts.
All summer programs will focus on individual skills training including hitting and defensive footwork, passing technique, serving (standing, jump topspin, and jump float), defensive eye-work and reading, arm-swing mechanics, setting and overhand passing, as well as game strategies and tactics with plenty of game-like play each day. Prime coaches will help athletes make key technical adjustments to bring their game to the next level to prepare for their upcoming seasons.
Prime Volleyball training is fast paced, competitive, and fun! Training will always be adjusted based on the current level of play for each athlete and group so we can appropriately challenge them and create the ideal learning environment for growth and skill acquisition.
